Exceptional Wines at the Portfolio Tasting
Ernst “Ernie” Loosen and Manoël Bouchet from Perron de Mypont are already looking forward to the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting 2026 in Vienna: in their video, they offer a first personal glimpse of the event and the exceptional wines they will be presenting there. With Perron de Mypont, you can look forward to an exciting Burgundy project that combines Ernie Loosen’s signature style with a deep passion for terroir, precision, and elegant wines. We are all the more delighted to welcome this special winery to our Portfolio Tasting.
Stefan Tscheppe from the Hofkellerei Liechtenstein is already looking forward to the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting 2026 in Vienna: In his video, he offers a first glimpse of the wines that will be presented at the event.
Hofkellerei Liechtenstein is a winery with a long history and a distinct Alpine character. The focus is on, among other things, delicate Pinot Noirs and elegant Chardonnays from the Alpine Rhine Valley, characterized by a cool climate, high mountains, and a unique terroir.
Ronald Janssen from Clos Apalta will be present in person at the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting in Vienna. With Clos Apalta, Le Petit Clos, and Prélude, the winery is presenting three distinctive wines from the Apalta Valley in Chile. Take this opportunity to taste these exceptional wines in person on October 30 and discover the unmistakable signature style of Clos Apalta.
Maxime Royère from Champagne Philipponnat is also already looking forward to the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting 2026 in Vienna. In his video message, he offers a first personal preview of the event and the champagnes that will be presented on October 30 at the Palais Niederösterreich.
Domaine Isabel Ferrando from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Château Troplong Mondot from Saint-Émilion are two wineries that interpret their terroir with great precision and their own distinctive style. While Isabel Ferrando advocates for old vines and regenerative biodynamic farming in the southern Rhône region, at Troplong Mondot, the limestone and clay soils at the highest point of the Saint-Émilion plateau give rise to elegant and complex wines made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
In his video message, Arnaud Trouvé offers a glimpse into the world of Château de Chamirey and Domaine des Perdrix. The two wineries of the Devillard family represent different facets of Burgundy. From the Premier Cru vineyards in Mercurey to Nuits-Saint-Georges. At the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting on October 30, you can experience these origins and distinctive styles firsthand in your glass.
Johann Henschke, a sixth-generation winemaker at Henschke, takes you on a journey through more than 150 years of family history in his video. Particularly impressive is the comparison between the 2022 Mount Edelstone Shiraz - which can be tasted at the Portfolio Tasting - and a bottle of Mount Edelstone 1956, which was vinified by his grandfather. On October 30, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know Henschke and the long winemaking tradition of the Eden Valley better in Vienna.
Saint-Émilion reveals a particularly distinctive side at the Portfolio Tasting: Château Clos Saint Julien and Château Petit Gravet Aîné are known for wines full of character, a personal touch, and Bordeaux that goes beyond expectations. On October 30, you can discover both wineries in Vienna in person.
Marco Niepoort will also be in Vienna. Niepoort Vinhos has been combining a great port wine tradition with innovation since 1842 and will be presenting, among other wines, the 2009 Colheita Port at the Portfolio Tasting.
From Bordeaux to Paso Robles, the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting brings together two very different styles: L’Aventure embodies the fusion of European precision and Californian intensity, while Château Branas Grand Poujeaux interprets the classic heritage of the Médoc with modern finesse. On October 30, you can discover both wineries in person in Vienna .
Stephan Asseo and Arjen Pen are two fascinating individuals who express their respective terroirs in a very unique way.
Italian fine wine style in two facets: Boroli from Piedmont and Giodo from Tuscany will present their very different interpretations of great Italian wines at the Kracher Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting 2026. While Boroli interprets the Langhe with modern precision and elegance, Giodo stands for profound, finely structured wines with a clear Tuscan origin.
On October 30, 2026, you’ll have the opportunity to discover both wineries in person in Vienna - from the 2025 Langhe Chardonnay to Giodo’s highly rated wines.
