Kutch Wines
In our endeavour to produce wines of the highest possible quality and balance, we adhere to the old adage: "wine is made in the vineyard." In line with this philosophy, we strive to utilise well-situated sites with a cool climate and suitable soils.
Finding and securing such sites has been a challenge, so our production is growing slowly but steadily. After harvesting, the fruit is treated with the utmost care, carefully sorted and transported only by gravity. We try to follow a minimalist philosophy by attempting to deliver the purest expression of Pinot Noir from a specific place and time, taking great care not to influence our wines too much in the cellar.
