To mark its 20th anniversary, this is presented with a special blue label. It is lithe and plush, plump and full and one gets the sense of homage to the southern Rhone that is present here. Gloriously concentrated and intense, with lovely depth and density, this is succulent and meaty, a little gamey and with lovely garrigue and wild herbal notes. It’s polished and softly silken in texture with a lovely sense of harmony and a great succulence to the juicy midpalate. 97.

Juicy hedgerow fruits, chalk, wet stones, blueberry, rose buds and iris, this has a clear underlying freshness that runs throughout the palate, very pretty, while still with the depth and character that is typical of this estate.
