Philip Togni
Our vineyard and winery are located at an elevation of 2,000 metres on the summit of Spring Mountain in the western hills of Napa Valley.
We arrived at Spring Mountain in 1975 and began planting our vineyard in 1981, although the first vines were planted here at the end of the 19th century. The oldest vines date back to 1985 and the youngest were planted in 1997. Our ten-hectare vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. We cultivate our vineyard ourselves using organic methods. .
