Wine from Austria
In Austria, a country known for its wine, a lot of wine is grown, especially in the east. We carry a selection from Burgenland, Styria, Lower Austria, and even Vienna. The wine-growing regions are divided into many small units, as there are significant differences in the typical characteristics of the varieties depending on the soil, location, and climate.
DAC wines
In Austria, there is the DAC designation, which guarantees a specific origin and quality level. In the individual DAC areas, only varieties that are particularly typical of the region are permitted for this designation.
