Certan de May almost always makes wines of great finesse and accuracy. The 2016 is fine and fruity with loads of dark and warm, perfectly mature fruit with notes of truffles and milky chocolate. The taste is round and pleasing followed by a long and dense aftertaste. It is a well composed wine and a classic example of the Certan de May style.
