From Haro in Rioja Alta, the 2018 Crianza Viña Gravonia (100% Viura) is beautifully balanced. Cedar and vanilla lead the aromatics, followed by tempered herbs over a caramel backdrop, with hints of honey, acacia and a touch of lemon. On the palate, it is dry and smooth in texture, with delicate freshness, a saffron nuance and a subtle savory, brothlike note on the finish. Seamlessly integrated acidity drives a saline, grape-toned close.
