The 2021 St Eden is deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of boysenberry preserves, creme de cassis, and blueberry preserves jump from the glass, followed by hints of dusty soil, cumin seed, and crushed rocks. Full-bodied, rich, and densely laden with fruit, the palate delivers fantastic tension and exhilarating black and blue fruit layers, finishing on a lingering anise note.
