Robert Weil
Only Riesling grapes are grown on the winery's 90 hectares of vineyards. The consistent cultivation of the king of grape varieties and working in the vineyard according to the standards of certified organic viticulture – with purely organic fertilisation, grass cover in every second row and no herbicides – have been aimed at the sustainable production of the finest wines since the winery was founded.
