Rebbau Ciprian

Our family wine comes from four different plots at the foot of Zizers' local mountain, Ciprian. The oldest vines were planted in 1960, making this one of the oldest vineyards in the entire Grisons Rhine Valley. The barren slate soils and the special, sunny climate with cool nights provide ideal conditions for the optimal ripening of Pinot Noir grapes. Between 2,000 and 3,000 bottles of wine are produced annually from the total cultivation area of around 80 acres.
