Masseto
Our winemaking philosophy is more about accompanying processes than forcing them.
The vines at Masseto seem to be in constant battle with the elements. A place like this must be carefully managed by human hands in order to preserve it without subjecting it to additional stress. In the wine cellar, minimal intervention is the key. The exceptionally concentrated grapes do not require complex winemaking, but rather simple processes.
