Dopff "Au Moulin"
The SCHOENENBOURG vineyard stretches across the municipalities of Riquewihr and Zellenberg and covers 53.40 hectares. The vines are planted on the south-southeast facing slopes of this steep hillside, at an altitude of between 265 and 380 metres. The soils are gypsum-marly and retain water well. The wines of Schoenenbourg have been famous since the High Middle Ages. Riesling is king here, but Muscat and Pinot Gris also thrive. These are excellent wines for ageing.
