2025 Seraphine
Auslieferung bis zum Herbst 2028!
Delivery until Fall 2028!
Thoroughly delicious, a ton of texture and slate, spicy, violet, iris, cocoa bean, olive pit, this is excellent quality, perfumed and juicy, a successful Seraphine. Harvest September 3 to 19, 22hlha yield. 10% in the 1st wine is the highest to date.
95/100 Jane Anson
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2025 Seraphine needs a lot of swirling and coaxing to reveal notes of fresh blackberries, red currant preserves, and fresh boysenberries, giving way to nuances of fragrant soil, violets, and dusty soil. The medium-bodied palate has a firm backbone of fine-grained tannins and a lively line lifting the dense black and blue fruit to a long, perfumed finish. The blend is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The alcohol is 13.5%.
