It springs from the glass with fragrant notes of kirsch, redcurrant preserves, and red roses, leading to hints of lavender, pencil shavings, and menthol. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers energetic red berry and floral flavors, with a firm, grainy texture and great tension, finishing long and minerally. Beautiful!
