2021 Sisters Chardonnay
A barrel selection the Sisters Chardonnay is done in a reductive style and aromatically haunting. Primarily comprised of fruit from a non-estate vineyard with incredibly stony soils, the minerality comes to the fore immediately. Smoky flint is framed by seafoam saline depth and faint notes of lemon drop candy. The palate is laser-focused in its minerality, crushed slate, chalk and cardamom with lemon cream character to finish.
