The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon The G.T.O. is deep garnet-purple in color. Perfumed notes of fresh blueberries, black raspberries, and blackcurrant pastilles lead to suggestions of violets, licorice, and camphor plus a hint of clove oil. The full-bodied palate is tightly wound with intense black fruit layers, framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and fragrant. This is only bottled in magnums.
