Es handelt sich um einen soliden Pauillac mit mittlerem bis vollem Körper und kräftigen Tanninen, die geschliffen und energisch sind. Viel schwarze Johannisbeere, Zitrone und feuchte Erde. Am Ende ein wenig eng. Braucht mindestens drei oder vier Jahre Flaschenreife, um sich zu öffnen. Wird sehr schön altern. (James Suckling)
