Ein winziges Castillon Weingut von Jacques Thienpoint (Le Pin und VCC), gelegen in Fortsetzung von L'If, also nicht sehr weit von Troplong Mondot bzw hinter Tertre de La Mouleyre. Uralte Reben, immer schon Bio, Kalkstein mit Lehm, bestes Terroir. Cabernet Franc setzt hier den Maßstab. Ein Konkurrent von Clos Louie und Domaine de L'A. Eine wirklich grandioser Einstieg Jacques ins Castillon. Würzig, intensiv, fruchtstark und fein zugleich.
