Der Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc 2018 ist ein Verschnitt aus 80% Clairette und 20% Rousanne, der im Fass vergoren und in 30% neuem Eichenholz ausgebaut wurde (kurz, denn derr Wein wurde im Januar abgefüllt). Er duftet nach Honig, Marmelade und zarten Anklängen von Pfirsich und Ananas. Er hat einen mittleren Körper und eine seidige Textur mit Salzlake und Zitrusschalen im Abgang.
