Dieser trockene Riesling hat eine erstaunliche Eleganz für den sehr warmen Jahrgang, mit superreifen Orangen- und Papayanoten, die weit weg vom typischen Geschmacksbild dieser Rebsorte liegen. Sicher, in der Nase ist er leicht barock, aber im Abgang ist er ganz gotisch filigran und auch intensiv mineralisch. Aus biodynamisch angebauten Trauben. Trinken oder aufbewahren.
