Der tief violett-schwarze 2016 Myriad Cellars Round Pond Cabernet Sauvignon besteht zu hundert Prozent aus Cabernet Sauvignon. Er duftet überschwänglich nach zerkleinerten Brombeeren, Maulbeeren und schwarzem Johannisbeerkonfit mit Nuancen von Tabak, neuem Leder, Menthol und geschmolzener Schokolade. Am Gaumen ist er vollmundig, konzentriert, fruchtig und mit einer samtigen Textur, die zum Sterben schön ist. Im Abgang zeigt er sich in Schichten von offener Opulenz und exotischen Gewürzen.
