Tomato ketchup. Warm buttered toast. Rendered beef fat dropping onto an open oak fire. In short, there’s a lot of complexity here! Colossal; monumental; deeply impressive, if not perhaps for every palate. Very intense and perhaps the most dense and compact wine in the entire September offering.
