The 2014 Kata Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard is every bit as compelling as it was last year from barrel. A wine of striking freshness, energy and intensity, the 2014 exhibits notable freshness in its bright red cherry, plum, rose petal and mint overtones. Floral notes take on greater prominence as the wine continues to flesh out in the glass. The 2014 has really come on strong. Today, it gives the impression it could one day surpass the 2013.
