2010 Tache d'Encre Cabernet Sauvignon

Powerful aromas of blueberries, minerals and licorice. Fantastic dark-fruit character. Full-bodied, with silky, chewy tannins and an intense finish. Lots of ripe-fruit, coffee and berry character. Seriously structured red. More of a full-throttle style. Needs a three or four years to soften. Tiny production from vineyard in Howell Mountain. 95/100 James Suckling
