2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
Auslieferung im Frühjahr 2027!
Delivery in spring 2027!
Dark, intense, compact and concentrated with a lovely, radiantly pure Cabernet fruit, gracious tannins and staggering potential. A brilliant wine from a top vintage, the oak already seamlessly integrated. Accessible already despite the considerable tannic count, but with very longterm aging potential. The best vintage I’ve tasted of this. 97.
- 97/100 Colin Hay
The classic Cab from Inglenook is always worth looking out for, and here it delivers sleek, intense bitter black chocolate, cassis fruit, eucalyptus, black tea, red liquorice, wet stones and espresso. Todd Devincenzi director, Philippe Bascaules winemaking director. 95ha estate.
- 94/100 Jane Anson
The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it skips out of the glass with bright, cheery notes of kirsch, red currant jelly, and fresh black currants, giving way to nuances of mint tea, lavender, and pencil shavings. Full-bodied, the palate is light on its feet and refreshing, delivering fine-grained tannins and red and black fruit layers, finishing long and minerally.
