Moving to the 2021 Definitely Red, which was bottled in April, it's all Grenache that wasn't destemmed and was aged all in used barrels. It's another incredibly Burgundian wine from Andreas that has a medium ruby hue as well as a gorgeous array of redcurrants, spring flowers, savory underbrush, and hints of ground pepper. Medium-bodied, pure, elegant, and incredibly layered, this silky, balanced, impressive 2021 will evolve nicely for a decade.
