With a bouquet of blackberries and menthol, the Cabernet Franc comes through with delicate perfumed notes of blackcurrant, spices and graphite. Very mineral with a youthful texture that has building tannins. This is a finely-tuned wine with a great tannic frame and lots of ageing potential. Drink it in 10 years.
