Here you can really smell and taste that these were tiny berries that held very little juice and struggled to reach full ripeness, but the result is truly amazing. What an astonishing aroma spectrum this sleek and incredibly focused dry has: everything from wild herbs to jack fruit! Enormous concentration is packed into a very sleek frame (11.5% alcohol), the wine at once imposing and delicate. Limited production. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drinkable now, but best from 2025.
