Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2025 Guillot Clauzel is a little closed to start, soon revealing a core of plum preserves and black cherries, leading to hints of crushed rocks, garrigue, and black pepper. The medium- to full-bodied palate is very forthcoming—happy and juicy—featuring plush tannins and great tension, finishing on a pure black cherry note. The blend is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.
