Oh this is good, layers of swirling black fruits and cool campfire smoke, espresso, cassis, bilberry, pomegranate, complex and enticing, no need to wait too long although another few years will soften tannins further. Harvest September 7 to 19, 50% new oak for ageing.

Gregarious notes of boysenberry preserves, ripe plums, and wild blueberries jump from the glass, followed by hints of violets, dark chocolate, and camphor. The medium to full-bodied palate has impressive density and plushness, with lovely tension and a fragrant finish. The blend is 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Franc.
