The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon The Haze is a blend of 93% Cabernet from Fortuna and 7% Merlot from Soda Canyon. Deep garnet-purple in color, it comes barreling out with bold, open-knit scents of black cherries, mulberries, and stewed plums with hints of spice cake and dried Provence herbs. The full-bodied palate is refreshing and soft-textured with bags of vibrant black fruits, finishing with a perfumed lift.
