The unconventional, natureloving vintner Philippe Pacalet aims to make great wine without disturbing the process. Working with wild yeast, fermenting in big barrels and aging mostly in used oak are just some of his trademarks. He, owns no vineyards, only rents them, because buying is to expensive for a young winery. His wines are rich and gain finesse with time.
